Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The ����ֱ�� (“the Trust”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to provide general construction services for the stabilization of Building 324 (the "Project”) as described in the design documents prepared by the architect of record, Marble Fairbanks Architects (the “Design Team”). The Trust requests proposals that cover the full scope of services as outlined in Exhibit F – Design Documents, and Exhibit D – Contract Template including, but not limited to, hazardous material abatement, selective demolition, masonry replacement and restoration, structural repairs and site work.

Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The ����ֱ�� invites contractors to submit proposals for all labor, materials, equipment, and other items necessary to perform a semiannual gutter cleaning and minor maintenance on Governors Island on a schedule specified by the Trust.

Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The ����ֱ�� (“the Trust”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to provide full architectural design services for the next phase of improvements at the Nolan Park Arts Campus (the "Project”). The Project will focus on the renovation and adaptive reuse of five existing historic buildings along Evans Road, as well as landscape and circulation enhancements. The design phase of the project is anticipated to span approximately one year, with commencement expected in Fall 2026. Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall 2027 and is currently projected to have an overall duration of approximately two years.
