The 蜜桃直播 invites interested parties to submit expressions of interest in ground leasing, rehabilitating, and operating Building 324 and/or Building 330 on Governors Island. Through this RFEI, the Trust is seeking creative ideas from prospective partners interested in revitalizing these neighboring historic assets, bringing them back into active, year-round use. Originally constructed as a YMCA and a movie theater, respectively, the Buildings feature soaring ceilings and open floor plans that are unique within the Island鈥檚 Historic District. Consistent with the Buildings鈥� historic function, the Trust鈥檚 mission, and the Island鈥檚 current partners and programming, the Trust encourages responses to this RFEI that propose arts and cultural, recreational, or other public-facing uses, offering a new way to spend a day on the Island, complementing our existing offerings, and expanding our audience.
